Darla received her certification in Swedish massage and polarity therapy from twin lakes college of healing arts in santa cruz in 2000. Since then she has accrued hundreds of hours learning and practicing a variety of massage techniques that include myofascial release techniques, deep tissue massage, shiatsu, reiki, aromatherapy, reflexology and warm stone massage. Darla is also certified in pregnancy massage and as an instructor of infant massage. In addition to her private practice, darla has many hours of experience working in spas on the peninsula and the coast.
