At bamboo, we’re dedicated to creating the healthiest environment possible, whether you’re a teacher, student or guest.

The massage team has moved from bamboo hair + body into a new therapy room in bamboo body + soul, suitable for the combined expertise they offer their clients. The mission of the massage therapists is to refresh your spirit as you replenish your body in total relaxation.

Remember, this is your time to renew.

The Classroom offers space for a variety of classes. From movement of the body, exploring your creativity or experiencing the total stillness of meditation and relaxation. Alternatively, the classroom will comfortably serve as a gathering place for people of like mind and heart.

The light-filled environment will comfortably seat 30 students or 18-20 exercise/yoga mats.

The Classroom is open for one-time events, ongoing classes or workshops.

Bamboo is located at 799 Main Street in downtown Half Moon Bay. You’ll find wonderful restaurants, shops and much more within easy walking distance. We are five minutes from the beach, where the bluffs offer panoramic views year round. Locals find peace of mind on this amazing walk any time of the year.
